Tim and scott were amazing. Owning a Fiat is a delight but sometimes going to service stations waiting on special factory parts can be a pain. The staff is knowledgeable, excellent customer service, offers coffee. It reminded me of what top quality customer service is all about. Its a busy little shop but everyone that walked through the doors came and left with a smile. Outstanding.

I personally out Tim the owner awesome guy very personable is talk to you in easy-to-understand. All those attributes are very helpful for me. My vehicle and 08 mini S was being difficult and very frustrating for me as well as I'm sure for them. About my car one morning my car battery was dead. I replace my battery starting my car and all went South. I did what I could mend a limited knowledge, but I like digging in and trying to find a problem if I can. I did what I could I hope I didn't mean to Tim much she didn't say either way. We made it perfectly clear to me that he would not release my vehicle until it was perfect then he kept his word and I'm glad he did. Lastly and most importantly job got done and their pricing is a third if not less than most of his competitors. Thank you Tim and import autos.
