These guys really look out for you and make sure you get the right repairs. Toyota was quoting me a ridiculous price and made it seem like it was something I needed. Tim looked at my truck and knew what was needed and it was way cheaper than what I had planned for. This is an honest business and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

When we first moved to El Cajon a few years ago we didn't have a clue where to go for car repairs. Then we saw the great reviews these guys got and feel so fortunate to have found them. We have an old car so problems always come up, but they never try to push us to fix everything on the recommended list as so many mechanics do, only what is essential. The extent of their knowledge and expertise is amazing, with all the latest high tech equipment, and yet their prices are always fair, so appreciated in these tough times! On top of that, they are extremely friendly and accommodating. Another bonus is their loaner cars, which have saved our necks more than once. Can't say enough or recommend them enough -- our thanks and gratitude, Tim and Scott, you've got us for life!

If I could have given this 5 stars I would have except the system won't let me. But my rating is 5+ stars. I've been taking my car to Import Auto for the past 3 yrs and now I won't take my car anywhere else unless they recommend it. Besides being friendly & efficient, they're upfront and honest about your cars service needs and they are very informative via verbal AND visual explanation to give you a clear understanding of their diagnosis. Their prices are more than reasonable. Along with their standard 2yr labor warranty on ALL work... AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! With the high level of integrity they conduct themselves with, they've earned my business and my respect. Take your car to Import Auto. You WILL NOT regret it!!

I service 3 cars here and I won't go anywhere else. Tim and Chris are honest and fair and finding mechanics like that is like finding a great dentist or accountant. When you find one, you hold on to them. They've never tried to sell me on a repair I didn't need and have always done their best to get my repairs done right, fast, and affordably. Customer service is great. They work card to retain your business.
