Took my girlfriends Hyundai to Import Auto, the owner Chris was eager to make sure the job was done right . If I had an imported car myself, I'd be happy to get it taken care of here. edit: G/F needed some additional work after the oil change (like belts, hoses, etc.) which Christ told us about the first time. We brought it back here and are extremely happy! My g/f says "My car is normal again!" Absolutely recommend Import Auto Service to anyone who's needing their vehicle taken care of properly

The reviews are exactly what brought me here and they did not disappoint. My car was ready sooner than I what they had originally projected, which is highly unlikely if it were any other shop. Really great and trust worthy guys that know their cars, my car's engine problem was isolated within 5 minutes of Tim looking at it. I'm from mission valley and these guys are worth the trip! They even gave me a ride home when I left my car there.

Hands down, the best automotive shop in town and you can't beat their service. I went here with my Kia Optima and they helped me out tremendously, I can't thank these guys enough fir bringing my car back to its former glory. If you need to get your car worked on for what ever reason, rest assured, you can trust these guys to give you a fair price and outstanding work. The best thing about these guys is the fact that they inform you about your car every step of the way, so your not just sitting twiddling thumbs wondering when or if your car is even being worked on.

Not only did they fix the mechanical issues with my car, but Tim even fixed my bumper for me as part of the service! Great customer relations, and everything was explained in detail and the costs were very reasonable.

WOW these new owners have really gave this shop a 180! Not knowing much about cars can be really stressful while trying to find a mechanic I can trust, especially while owning an Audi when I know the cost of fixing can already be pricey! Chriss and Tim are noting but the best in the business they offer helpful and reliable auto service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustful auto shop!

I took my 2005 Lexus RX in because the service brake system lights kept coming on and I needed to have my battery tested. I had also taken my car to two other places regarding these code lights coming on and the other places said nope nothing wrong yet my car wasn't driving right. Tim checked my car over and found the reason why.....finally. I needed several things done. The shop is under new owners and these guys are awesome and honest. My car drives like it did when it was new. Thank you Chriss.

Found these awesome guys shopping on Groupon. Called them up, they got me a better deal, plus shared lots of car mechanics with me instead of just taking my money. Accommodated me same day! Their business is very transparent, which is rare now a days. Excellent customer service. Will be coming back and send out recommendations to all!

I've visited Import Autos twice now and have received stellar service both times. Everyone there is nice, helpful, and trustworthy. When my previous mechanic moved his work location too far away, I really wasn't sure I'd find someone I would trust as much as I trusted him. But I really feel my car is in good hands now. This place is even within walking distance of where I live, which is just icing on the cake. In fact, I was offered a ride back home if I hadn't wanted to walk...pretty awesome!

I had a problem with my front right Window regulator or motor on my X5 4.8is. And mister Imad (owner) was very helpful and professional and in very timely manner (30 minutes ,, WOW !!!!! ) fixed my problem and i was ready to go. I did not even had the time to drive my loaner Dodge Challenger i got :) and matter of fact i did not had to pay for my loaner car because his business is linked to Enterprise in Santee and because car was fixed in 30 minutes i just took it back and woolah i had my beast ready to go to San Diego Down Town and not worrying for TINT ticket, because window was working and responding on time :) Thank you Imad and Thank you Sonya at the reception making everything easy and understandable with Car warranty and rental company.
