So these guys are awesome I'm incredibly picky on where I take my Land Rover, so when I saw the great reviews I felt comfortable giving this place a shot. When I got there I was warmly greeted my Chris and my car was taken in right away. And one of the best parts is the price point in perfect. I've never left an auto service without stressing about how much I just paid, but this experience was the complete opposite and I couldn't be happier! I know where I'll be taking my car from now on.

While on a road trip in my '65 bug, my breaks went out! In desperate need to get new breaks, I began calling every auto shop around. 7 shops refused to even look at my car due to how old it was. Finally I came across Import Auto Service. He agreed to see me immediately, and was straightforward/honest from the beginning. Being a Saturday, there was no guarantee that he would be able to get the shoes or drums needed. Tim was amazing though! While the other mechanic worked in my car *so sorry I forgot your name!*, Tim called and had the parts delivered to the shop within 15-20 minutes. We went to the taqueria next door, also amazing place!, and they got my car done extremely fast! He gave me an extremely good price and even offered to help me with anything else while we were in the area , anytime! The hospitality was more than any shop I have ever encountered before and I cannot thank them enough! They got us back in the road and we made it all the way back to Half Moon Bay. Also they put an amazing cleaner on my white wall tires and they are still shining after the long drive! I cannot thank them enough! And I would recommend them to everyone. Wish they were based out of my home town!

I came to this shop because of the reviews. I'm glad I did. Tim is a first-rate mechanic and his knowledge is impressive. Chriss knows cars and does a great job organizing and coordinating the repairs so you don't have to wait long to get your wheels back. On top of that, they offer loaner cars while they're fixing yours. Free! Bottom line is; I found a conscientious, honest business I would highly recommend. I have had several of my close friends come in and meet Chriss and Tim, and their opinion is the same. They rock!!! Thanks!!

Best service ever. Stopped in to ask about the passenger window on my Toyota. Got a quote, and brought the car in the next day. Dropped it off and picked it up a couple of hours later. The only place I'll bring this car or any car I own.

I couldn't find anyone to fix my fiat or change my oil. They changed my oil and my breaks, they did a really awesome job and worked with me on a price I could afford. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Very trust worthy!!!!
