I cannot sing the praises of this service company enough. After some expensive non-repair from an Audi dealer, Tim diligently took the time to find the source of my problem and fix my Audi. I have had my faith restored in honest mechanics and HIGHLY recommend Import Auto Service and Tim for fixing my car and Chris for being a wonderful person to deal with too! These guys will treat you right!!! I have found my mechanics for sure! Such a blessing!!! You will not be disappointed!!

This place is the best! I will definitely take my car back here and recommend this place to everyone. I have a Prius and was quoted over $4K to fix my car at the dealership, Chris and the guys at Import Auto services fixed it for less than half of what I was quoted and fixed it in one day. They even gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to rent a car for the day.

Love this place, so hard to find quality service you can trust and this is the place! So honest, so friendly, and very thorough. Highly recommend if you're looking for a mechanic. They won't disappoint!

My 2006 MINI Cooper (S) had a shifting problems up and down through the gears in auto mode for over 6 months. The dealer had a few chances to evaluate the problem. They finally told us a part replacement as solution (third time diagnostics was enough $$$) I decided to look for outside service after 10 years with them. Chris is very knowledgeable and knew fully about the Trans and was very helpful. Tim the engineer provided great work. They even found other electronic issue which dealer never reported to us. My car is fix and now 10 years old, functions as a new car feeling with less $$$. During service, I had a loan car for my transportation and update from them from time to time. I will keep them as primary care of my car for sure. Thank you for your great service.
