Chris and Tim fixed my mini for one third of the price that the Mini dealership quoted me! Their customer service is wonderful too. They let me borrow a car from their lot while my they fixed my Mini for no charge. I would most highly recommend this auto repair service shop to anyone who needs import service. Don't take your car to the dealership when these guys will do it for a fraction of the price.

Prior to purchasing a vehicle, Tim actually came with me to the small lot to test drive and evaluate the vehicle. He was meticulous in his assessment, and recommended a small repair before i proceeded with the purchase, but otherwise endorsed the vehicle. He is a brilliant and honest mechanic and i highly recommend him and Chriss' shop to anyone in need of automotive repairs!

I have an 08 Toyota Corolla that was driving very loud and making a ticking sound on acceleration. Being a Toyota owner, I never really needed a mechanic. But, alas now I needed one and had no idea who to go to. I don't believe in using the Toyota dealers for everything, and knew that wasn't going to be an option for me. I did a search for my area and Import came up. Read the reviews, especially those written by women. Making the appointment was simple. You can do it online. Chris called the very next morning and confirmed. Chris greeted me as I pulled up and took the time to bring me out to my car and showed me exactly where and what the problem was. He explained how it worked and what the ticking sound was I was hearing.( Manifold replaced). I asked Chris to check my drive belt as my tire place told me it was cracked and needed to be replaced. Chris confirmed it and he replaced that as well. I had a rough idea what a manifold and/or muffler replacement would cost going in, but Chris was on the low end...so grateful! He also gave me a heads up of my motor mounts, but said not to worry. Just bring my car in for oil changes and they will keep an eye on them and let me know when I absolutely need to pull the trigger on that repair. He took the time to print me out an estimate right then. He was a stand up guy. I would highly recommend taking your car here. You will find nothing here but integrity. Wendy F.

So I bought a Used 2006 BMW 530i and it failed smog. I was told best to take it to the dealer for repairs since BMWs are harder to work on. I looked around first since I know the dealer would be super pricey and found this place. I dropped the vehicle off on Labor Day and drop my key in the slot on the door and called them the next day. Tim answered and was super friendly and told me they will take care of it. I got a call from Chris a couple days later and the repairs were done! Vehicle passed smog and I was very pleased with their expertise on European cars! Thanks Guys!!!
