I have trusted Import Auto for 4 years now.. They are honest and they always have the customer's interested at hand.. They do a great job and repair what is needed.. Thank you guys for always taking care of me and my car!

As I was driving to work one morning, my vehicle began stuttering and the service engine soon light began flashing intermittently. Not a good way to start the day. After I arrived at work, I opened my trusty Yelp app and searched for auto repair places nearby. I found Import Auto Service nearby with glowing reviews so I called them up. They understood I needed to work and really came through to ensure I had transportation back to the office after I dropped my vehicle off with them. They quickly diagnosed my issue (I had 2 of 4 cylinders non-functional) and rapidly fixed my vehicle, ensuring I had my vehicle back by 5:00 pm the same day. They were even willing to stay late had I not been able to pick it up on time. I was given an detailed and accurate quote and upon performing the work, when they found a part which didn't need to be replaced they skipped it, making the final total come in much less than the original quote. I will go out of my way to visit this local repair shop should the need arise in the future. Great people, great service and just all around a great experience. (Who can normally say that about expensive car repairs?)

Soooo... Second time having my car serviced here. I have a 08 Honda Accord. Had my timing belt replaced (was recommended) Chriss and Tim were very friendly and professional. The price was more than fair, I even got a loaner so i wouldn't be without a car. Did awesome work!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car serviced. I would definitely be back for future car services.

Guess i can't change my original review but if i could i would bring it down to 2 stars. Had a part "replaced" and it failed 6 months later.I Sold the car and the new owner told me it had the same problem that i had replaced. Went in to ask the guys at Import auto what could have happened to make this part fail again and find out if the new owner could do anything to fix the problem himself. Not only did i not get any help, they couldn't even find the part number of the part they replaced. Said they would call me the next day for warranty info or anything that would help the current vehicle owner with the issue. Never heard back from them. I have a feeling they didn't even replace the original part and just did a quick fix to get it back on the road since the new owner did exactly that after watching you tube videos. Anyway, thanks for nothing guys, 600 bucks down the drain. *make sure you always ask for your original parts back* Didn't get mine back come to think if it. Interesting.

Prior to purchasing a vehicle, Tim actually came with me to the small lot to test drive and evaluate the vehicle. He was meticulous in his assessment, and recommended a small repair before i proceeded with the purchase, but otherwise endorsed the vehicle. He is a brilliant and honest mechanic and i highly recommend him and Chriss' shop to anyone in need of automotive repairs!
